EZRA 2:43

The Nethinims: the children of Ziha, the children of Hasupha, the children of Tabbaoth,

The Nethinims were the ones who assisted the Levites and did all the most tedious jobs.  They were placed in Jerusalem and also the Levitical cities.  They were the Canaanites that Joshua placed into service as drawers of water and hewers of wood.  And the princes said unto them, Let them live; but let them be hewers of wood and drawers of water unto all the congregation; as the princes had promised them. (Joshua 9:21)
